Titanium tube is light in weight, high in strength and superior in mechanical properties, it is widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as column tube heat exchanger, serpentine tube heat exchanger, condenser, evaporator and conveying pipeline. At present, many nuclear power industries use titanium tubes as standard tubes for their units. Titanium tubes are made by extrusion process, and welded titanium tubes are made by curling and welding the plates. Generally seamless titanium tubes have smaller wall thickness and smaller diameter.
